Gilad has 10 years’ experience in the UK Real Estate industry, including acquisitions, development and asset management.

To date, Gilad has transacted over £1.5bn of Real Estate in the UK on behalf of clients. This includes advising on and sourcing commercial property, ranging from individual assets to large portfolios.

Gilad was Head of Real Estate and Acquisitions for the Teddy Sagi Group, where transactions included purchasing Camden Stables Market for £400m and the subsequent IPO.

He then led the Property and Acquisitions teams at Market Tech Holdings and Labtech Investments, purchasing 16 acres of UK Real Estate and growing the company to a market cap of £1.2bn. Deals concluded during this period included the acquisition of the Holborn Links Portfolio for £280m.

Gilad was then recruited to become Investment Director at Cervidae Property, a London-based international real estate investment and development company. Gilad focused on targeting real estate assets up to £100m and during his time there, acquired assets in the Industrial, Retail and Residential sectors.

After immersing himself in these roles, Gilad decided to start up his own property investment advisory practice, Propton Advisors, where he advises clients on UK commercial property transactions. Since formation, Gilad has worked with institutional investors, property companies, private high-net -worth individuals, developers and family offices on both acquisitions and disposals.

Propton Advisors looks to source both on and off market opportunities, and pride itself on its attention to detail and focus on each individual client throughout every transaction.

When he’s not immersed in the property world, which is rare, Gilad is an avid Arsenal fan and whisky collector, as well as being a dedicated dad to two kids.
